Session Outline

How do coaching sessions work?

Coaching can be done on the phone, via Skype or FaceTime, in G+ Hangout, or in person. Sessions usually last for 45 minutes, although we can adjust that as needed.

Your first session will be where we make the practical arrangements for how future sessions will be structured. You’re involved in how your coaching proceeds! We will discuss confidentiality, your needs and goals, and sketch out how you want to move forward. Then we can get to know a little more about each other.

A typical session starts with me asking about any progress, changes, new developments in your life. If we discussed any deadlines or time-sensitive goals, I will ask you about them as well. Then we can move on in whatever direction is best from there.

Just before the end of each session, I will ask you if there is anything else you would like to get out of the session that day. If you have any deadlines to set, clarifications to make or things you would like me to ask you at the next session, this is the time. We will arrange the next appointment, and then we are done!

Payment can be handled through Paypal or credit cards through Square.

It is the client’s responsibility to contact me for a session. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so within three hours of the appointment time or you will be charged for the session.

Each session is $100. I accept Paypal or credit cards. Payment is requested up front. If you pre-pay for 2 sessions per month for 3 months, you get a 15% discount.
